When you submit an enquiry we collect the information you choose to share: your full name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and a description of your requirements. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we collect the content of that conversation and the contact details you provide.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, sensitive information such as payment card numbers or government identification numbers through our enquiry form.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements, and — if we proceed — deliver the services you have engaged us for. We may also use it to send administrative information such as proposals, agreements, invoices and service updates.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Enquiry submissions are stored in a secured database with access restricted to authorised SAIUX personnel. Access is protected by authentication and row-level security controls, and the enquiry form includes spam protection to reduce abusive submissions.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention

We keep enquiry records only for as long as needed to respond to your request, support an ongoing business relationship, or meet legal and accounting obligations. When those reasons end, records are deleted or anonymised.

Your Choices

You may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@saiux.com and we will action your request within a reasonable period, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
