Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of saiux.com and your engagement with SAIUX Tech Pvt. Ltd.. Specific engagements may be subject to additional terms in your proposal or service agreement.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing saiux.com or engaging SAIUX Tech Pvt. Ltd. for products and services, you agree to these terms. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
Enquiries and Proposals
Submitting an enquiry creates no contractual obligation for either party. Scope, timelines, deliverables and fees are defined only in a written proposal or agreement signed by both sides. Information on this site is indicative and may change without notice.
Engagements and Deliverables
Work performed for a client is governed by the applicable proposal or service agreement, which sets out scope, acceptance criteria, responsibilities, and the revision process. Where a third-party platform, marketplace or licensor is involved, their terms and acceptable-use policies also apply to your use of that product.
Payments and Subscriptions
Fees are payable on the schedule stated in your agreement or at the price shown at the time of purchase for subscription products. Renewal terms, proration and cancellation for a specific product are those published by the underlying platform or licensor and confirmed at checkout.
Intellectual Property
SAIUX and its licensors retain ownership of pre-existing materials, tools and know-how. Ownership of client-specific deliverables transfers as stated in your agreement. Client materials supplied to us remain yours, and you grant us permission to use them only to deliver the engagement.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our platforms or services, including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with service operation, transmitting unlawful or harmful content, or reselling access in a way that breaches a licensor's terms.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Services are provided without warranties beyond those stated in your agreement. To the extent permitted by law, SAIUX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and its aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing Law and Changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them as our services and applicable requirements change; the version published on this page at the time of your use applies.
